About Me

Hi. I’m Kate Kelly.

I began my yoga journey over 15 years ago to find peace within as I navigated a demanding corporate job with three small children. Soon enough I wanted to deepen my practice to learn how to find inner balance during life’s inevitable chaos, I enrolled in Yoga Teacher Training to study hatha yoga from my favorite teacher and fell in love with yoga both on my mat and the benefits I experienced off the mat.

I love teaching and building community with my students. You’ll find me Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings from 7-7:30 am MT teaching gentle hatha yoga virtually. I often integrate breathwork, mantra, meditation, restorative poses or Reiki into my classes.

I live in Denver with my husband and our feisty little dog named Finn.

A few of my favorite things: long walks around City Park lake with favorite friends, skiing at Arapahoe Basin, an afternoon nap and Justin’s hazelnut chocolate almond butter.
